7-Day and 28-Day Practice

 

This booklet offers a gentle 7-day Healing Phrases practice, followed by an expanded 28-day system.
Each day invites you to rest with a simple phrase of intention that opens a doorway into Presence.

Suggested daily rhythm:
1. Sit or lie down comfortably.
2. Feel the breath in the body.
3. Repeat the Pure Phrase slowly, with kindness.
4. Notice what arises, without judgment.
5. End with a short gratitude or blessing.

7-Day Healing Phrases Practice

Day 1 – It Belongs

Intention: Acceptance of whatever arises.

Sit or lie down gently. Let your breath be natural.
Silently or softly say: “It belongs.

Say it to sensations, emotions, memories, tightness, longing, or fear.
None of it is wrong. None of it is a mistake.
Everything belongs in this moment of your life.

Day 2 – Let It Be Here

Intention: Non-resistance.

Let the body soften as you breathe.
Whisper: “Let it be here.”

When sadness appears, let it be here.
When tension rises, let it be here.
When warmth appears, let it be here.
You are simply meeting your experience without forcing change.

Day 3 – This Is Allowed

Intention: Permission, not pressure.

On each exhale whisper: “This is allowed.

If emotion comes, it is allowed.
If resistance comes, it is allowed.
If nothing seems to happen, that is allowed too.
You are creating an inner world where your experience is treated with kindness.

Day 4 – Held in Love

Intention: Feeling supported by something greater.

Place a gentle hand on your chest or belly.
Let your breath deepen slightly and whisper: “Held in Love.

Not held by effort or willpower, but by a deeper Presence that surrounds every moment.
Feel the sense of being supported, carried, and accompanied.

Day 5 – Let It Move Through

Intention: Trusting the body’s natural release.

As you breathe, whisper: “Let it move through.”

If energy rises in the chest, let it move through.
If the belly tightens, let it move through.
If tears come, let them move through.
The body knows how to release when it is trusted.

Day 6 – Just This Breath

Intention: Simplicity.

On the inhale whisper: “Just…” and on the exhale: “…this breath.”

Nothing more and nothing less.
This breath is enough. This moment is enough.
This phrase quiets future and past and returns you to presence.

Day 7 – Softening

Intention: Opening the whole body to Presence.

With each breath whisper: “Softening…” again and again.

Softening in the jaw, the belly, the heart, and around whatever you feel.
Let the body, the breath, and the moment gently open.

28-Day Healing Phrases System (Outline)

This 28-day system deepens the same core phrases and adds supporting phrases of intention. Each week has a theme. You may keep the same daily rhythm as in the 7-day practice.

Week 1 – Allowing and Belonging
Day 1–2: It Belongs
Day 3–4: Let It Be Here
Day 5–7: This Is Allowed

Week 2 – Being Held and Present
Day 8–9: Held in Love
Day 10–11: I Am Here
Day 12–14: Love Is Here

Week 3 – Release and Ease
Day 15–16: Let It Move Through
Day 17–18: Softening
Day 19–21: Nothing to Fix

Week 4 – Simplicity and Gratitude
Day 22–23: Just This Breath
Day 24–25: Yes, This Moment
Day 26–27: Here. Only Here.
Day 28: Thank You for Showing Yourself

You can expand each day into a 10–12 minute practice by including:
• 1–2 minutes of arriving and breathing.
• 5–8 minutes of repeating and resting with the phrase.
• 1–2 minutes of closing blessing or gratitude.
